Quality Control
In manufacturing, Quality Control means satisfied customers. Manufacturing Conductor™ (MC) gives you the tools to monitor and continuously improve your processes and procedures.

MC gives real-time access to quality information as it's entered on the shop floor. Quality data is immediately available on-line. Analysis that took hours or days can now be done in minutes.

In Process Inspection
MC captures critical inspection data live on the shop floor during all phases of the manufacturing process. Inspection information is stored and available for immediate review or historical analysis.

· Save man-hours by not adding work to parts that are out of tolerance.
· Record measurements and test results when they are performed without the added expense of re-keying.

Material Traceability
Does your industry require your business to trace raw materials and finished goods? The material traceability requirements that began in the petroleum and aerospace industries are becoming more and more common. MC can make satisfying these requirements much easier. Eliminate file cabinets filled with certification documents and job travelers. MC gives quick and easy access and saves countless man-hours chasing paperwork.

Scrap and Rework
One of the most important components of any quality system is the review of non-conforming parts and the reasons associated with each non-conformance. In MC when a non-conforming part is scrapped or reworked, the operator selects a reason from a list of reasons for non-conformance.
Each operator is assigned a level of authorization for scrap and rework giving you the ability to control who can scrap parts and authorize rework. This control saves your company money because you're not wasting time reworking parts that can not be reworked economically and by not scrapping parts that can be easily corrected.
